Unpacify your thoughts

The world can be a dark and frightening place. I don’t have all the answers, but I hope to join you on this journey in finding meaning and making sense of this chaotic world.

Psychodynamic, Existential, Person-Centred Therapy

Being alive isn’t easy. We are manifested into existence and expected to figure it out as we go, all while fighting a constant battle against self-doubt, shame, regret, and more. And so, we lock these feelings up, push them away, pretend they don’t exist. We forget.

But as the poet wrote, “the furies are at home in the mirror; it is their address.” As a therapist, I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and safe to turn toward these hidden parts of yourself with curiosity, not fear.
