Terms & Conditions
Appointments

Advance payment of the session fee is required to secure an appointment. Booking will be cancelled if payment is not completed within one day of submitting the booking.

Session durations can be extended with a prorated fee at a half-hourly rate, subject to the therapist’s availability and therapeutic suitability.

Rescheduling, cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled time, no-shows, or late arrivals exceeding 20 minutes from the scheduled time (without prior notice), will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Single sessions not completed within 6 months of purchase and package sessions not completed by the expiration date will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Packages

Sessions are offered at a reduced rate to honour weekly commitment to therapy.

Valid for 60 days from the date of the first scheduled session within the package.
All sessions within the package must be completed within this validity period. -
Upfront payment of full package fee is required.

In-person and online sessions are interchangeable, subject to availability.

All sessions within a package must be completed with the same therapist.

Cannot be shared or transferred to other clients.
Trainees
-
Master degree interns are under clinical supervision by registered counsellors.

Sessions may be audio-recorded with informed consent to ensure service quality.

Online sessions are not offered due to restrictions set by the Malaysian Board of Counsellors.
Professionals
Practitioners with Master degree in counselling or clinical psychology. Higher tier pricing corresponds to greater level of practical experience.
