Believe in yourself, trust the process
Oftentimes, therapy is associated with fixing a broken you. But who deems you as broken? What does a fixed person even look like? I invite you to embrace yourself in therapy as your own person with your own journey.
Trainee Counsellor, in supervision Master of Professional Counselling, Monash University.
Professional approach
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Systemic Therapy
As humans, we are intricate. I personally believe that there is more than one way to understand an individual. Regardless of the theoretical orientation I use, my primary intention is to hear you out and to process with you what you’re going through without judgement. Your experience and your story are important and real, and nobody should make it feel any less.
I understand that it can be scary and lonely sometimes, but I hope you find the courage in you to pour it out instead of keeping it in. We could journey together through this maze and help you find what you need to feel better. I will be alongside you, encouraging and supporting you all the way through.
