I practice with a deep appreciation for the power of emotion as a guide toward healing and connection. I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and reconnect. Sometimes, we just need the right support to find our way.
As your counsellor, my role is to offer a safe and supportive space where all parts of you are welcome, even the ones you may struggle to accept. Therapy with me is not about fixing, it’s about learning to be with yourself more fully and kindly.
