As a culturally-sensitive therapist who grew up in London and now lives in Malaysia, I offer a unique perspective for both local and expatriate clients. My approach focuses on creating a supportive space where clients can explore their feelings with evidence-based techniques.

My prior career role as a Financial Audit Senior in the UK provides me with a deep understanding of workplace and high-pressure challenges. Informed by my practice at the London Buddhist Centre, I incorporate mindfulness and compassion cultivation.
