Professional approach
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Systemic Therapy
Counselling, to me, is like a gym training for mental health. As your coach, I can help you identify parts of you that you want to improve on, or even as your workout buddy who provides support and encouragement. Together, we can use our creativity to tailor-make a mental workout routine for you to build a stronger mind that can face challenges in life.
I believe that understanding different aspects of one’s thoughts, emotions, and behaviours is helpful for clients to gain more self-awareness and learn ways to improve themselves. My approach also focuses on exploring one’s relationships and communication patterns in order to develop meaningful connections with others.
