Terms & Conditions for Cara Cara x DoubleDot redemption plan:

  1. Each employee is entitled to redeem two (2) complimentary sessions within the booking period.

  2. Booking period: 9th January 2023 to 9th July 2023.

  3. Only valid for existing employees of DoubleDot with valid redemption code.

  4. Each employee can only redeem one (1) session at a time. Advance redemptions are not allowed. The redeemed session must be completed by the employee before redeeming another session.

  5. Only applicable to sessions with Trainee Counsellors, subject to availability. Not valid with other offers and session extensions.

  6. Session can be conducted via online video call or in-person at Cara Cara's offices, subject to availability.

  7. Cancellation or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the appointment time, or no-show, will forfeit the session.

  8. Employees with more than one (1) occurrence of no-show may be prohibited from making further redemptions on the basis of abuse or misuse of services.

  9. Cara Cara and DoubleDot reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions without prior notice.
