One day you will;
Change may seem impossible when you find yourself stuck in a bad place. It might require lots of time, effort, and courage to work towards your ideal self – I’d be honoured to be a part of that process.

I am a firm believer in the interconnectedness of people and events, and how there may never be a single truth to our shared experiences. I lean towards exploring your upbringing, family relationships, and early experiences that subsequently shape the person you are today. My approach may assist you in developing multiple perspectives about your situation before empowering you to create the changes you wish to see in yourself and those around you.
My priority in therapy is to create a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and empowered. Having compassion and curiosity for everyone and everything around me has allowed me to build that space with others, and I hope to be able to do the same with you.
