Life can be hard, pain is inevitable, but you do not need to go through it alone. My role is to explore your unique stories with you and help you build the life that you want (and deserve) to have. With a trusting relationship and conversational approach, I hope to provide you a safe space in sharing as much as you are comfortable with.
Having attended therapy, I understand how daunting it can be in opening up – but it was one of the best decisions I have made. Through counselling, I learnt to embrace anxiety instead of resisting. By focusing on what we can do in the present and living a meaningful life guided by our values, we can start to appreciate ourselves as we are and still thrive in whatever outcome that life brings.
