My goal is to help you realise your potential and be your best self by assisting you in breaking labels or judgements. I aim to equip you with techniques to reduce distress and improve quality of life. My approach in therapy involves helping you gain insight into patterns that sustain problems, replace them with healthy ones, counter irrational thoughts, and produce more neutral thoughts.
Our mind deserves constant love and care like our body. Maybe more. I would like to empower you to take control of your own life. Think of me as the crutch that helps you walk until you can heal and walk on your own.
