Courage is contagious
“There’s no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.” – Maya Angelou. Therapy is a safe space where you can discover a life you did not think you were worthy of or had emotional access to. Embarking on this journey with you
would be my privilege.

My goal is to help you realise your potential and be your best self by assisting you in breaking labels or judgements. I aim to equip you with techniques to reduce distress and improve quality of life. My approach in therapy involves helping you gain insight into patterns that sustain problems, replace them with healthy ones, counter irrational thoughts, and produce more neutral thoughts.
Our mind deserves constant love and care like our body. Maybe more. I would like to empower you to take control of your own life. Think of me as the crutch that helps you walk until you can heal and walk on your own.
