Revealing your experiences to a stranger may be undeniably uncomfortable at first, but it can be an insightful process of awakening. I aim to support and provide a safe space for you to share your story. We shall work collaboratively to tailor interventions that suit your preferences in learning coping strategies and gaining new insights to address your concerns.
Besides helping you understand your struggles, I strive to guide you in reframing thoughts and modifying behaviours in order for you to have a meaningful life. I will also incorporate various therapy techniques designed to increase self-compassion and manage distressing emotions.
