Terms & Conditions for myBurgerLab x Cara Cara redemption plan:

Each employee can only redeem one (1) session at a time. Advance redemptions are not allowed. The redeemed session must be completed by the employee before redeeming another session.

Only applicable to Trainee services, subject to availability. Not valid with other services, offers, and session extensions.

Valid only for existing employees of myBurgerLab.

Redemption is successful when voucher code and proof of employment are verified, except in circumstances where the redemption plan has been fully redeemed.

Cancellation or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the appointment time, or no-show, will forfeit the session.

Employees with more than two (2) occurrences of no-shows may be prohibited from making further redemptions on the basis of abuse or misuse of services.
