Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Choice Theory / Reality Therapy
My approach emphasises on empathy, acceptance, partnership, and empowerment in our journey together to better understand yourself and face the concerns you may have. On top of that, my approach also focuses on making helpful choices and taking actions to bring positive changes in your life.
I also draw inspirations from a variety of interests to connect mental health with ideas embedded in our daily lives including technology, philosophy, religion, cultural interests, or world events.
