Terms & Conditions for Co-labs Coworking x Cara Cara redemption plan:

  1. Each member is entitled to redeem up to two (2) voucher codes per month.

  2. Only one (1) voucher code can be applied per transaction for therapy services. Not valid for psychological assessments.

  3. Valid only for existing members of Co-labs Coworking. Proof of membership may be requested for verification purposes.

  4. Redemption is successful when voucher code and Co-labs Coworking membership are verified, except in circumstances where the redemption plan has been fully redeemed.

  5. Only ten (10) voucher codes available per month for all Co-labs members.

  6. Cancellation or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the appointment time, or no-show, will forfeit the redeemed voucher.

  7. Members with more than two (2) occurrences of no-shows may be prohibited from making further redemptions on the basis of abuse or misuse of services.

  8. Booking period: 1st January 2024 to 31st December 2024.

  9. Cara Cara reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions without prior notice.
