Little progress is still progress
“I am not afraid of storms for I am learning how to sail my ship.” There are clear sunny days and the occasional storms in life; it is your response to each storm that determines where you eventually end up. I am here to help you realise your full potential and recreate the life you want.

My priority in therapy is to create a safe and non-judgmental space, where you can comfortably disclose your struggles and vulnerabilities. In therapy, I will help you identify your needs, work with you to challenge irrational thinking patterns, develop new life perspectives, and assist you in creating the change you wish to see – all at your own pace.
Therapy is about you and the focus is on you. We are headed towards the same destination, you are in the driver’s seat, and I will be right next to you guiding and supporting you, open to shifting gears according to your needs, and helping to reroute if we face any roadblocks.
